Bulk Filling

There are two bulk filling stations in the City of New Town. The first is located at the City Water Treatment Plant and is used for filling potable water tanks for residential use only. The other depot is located off HWY 23 on the east side of town and is used for non-potable commercial filling. The fill stations require the use of a PIN(Personal Identification Number) and vehicle number. These are obtained through an application at the City Auditor's Office (103 Soo Place) during normal business hours. Bills are sent out on a monthly basis.
